Legends Never Die by Ronnie-R15 Legends Never Die by Ronnie-R15
Or in this case guys their will always be another sequel or remake. The first of what I think I'll make a series out of. In this series I will take a fictional character from popular culture that's been around for at least 10 years, well known around the world and appears in various forms. To the Godzilla fans I know that there are probably other versions of Godzilla I missed but there were just so many and many of the images were horrible also the Zillas are in the poster because they were originally ment to be an alternate version of Godzilla. I was originally going to do this after the 2012 "Godzilla" but I couldn't wait. I had to change the series title because it was too long. Up next Darth Vader.

i know zilla in godzilla (1998) was a bad movie but give the show a shot it makes up and is way better than the movie it was based on not as good as the godzilla movies but enjoyable.

With the story of Tristar and Toho was that Toho wanted Tristar to use one of their monsters while Tristar wanted to make one themselves. At the same time, though, there was a budget concern since the first version of the American film (1994, Godzilla vs. Gryphon) being around $130 million. Oh, but if they knew the future. When the 1998 film went under production, guess what the budget was? $130 million. Yep. I did not matter in the sense of budget. However, I think I would rather have been better for an alien Godzilla than an iguana.

However, that aside, it has not killed the legacy of the King. That, I'm grateful for. :)

At least the animated series that came from the 1998 version kind of redeemed it.

Arrg!!

I've always disliked the HB Godzilla toon,
but I have to admit it had some of the coolest looking enemies Big-G ever had.
The later '98 animated show based on Roland Emmerich's flick-o-pain was a much better show.

(I never read it....but you seem to have forgotten to represent MARVEL's Godzilla comicbook here).

As far as I'm concerned he's still a Godzilla; I don't mind his new name Zilla though, I do however mind the reason behind it and I hate the name GINO.

Yeah, I know why people call him Zilla. No atomic breath, No invulnerability (at least in the movie). These are what put the "God" in Godzilla, and because the Tristar Godzilla didn't have these traits initially, people chewed him a new one. I despise GINO as well.

Two beings on this don't in any way, shape, or form belong on this list of gods...G.I.NO. and Zilla, both of whom are not related to Godzilla or Gojira in any way.

Minus those two failures being present this is great :)

Anything that is put in one of my "Legends Never Die" posters either is or was considered(by the owners) what ever character the poster is dedicated too. The original Zilla and Zilla Jr. were originally suppost to be an alternate version of Godzilla there for as far as I'm concerned the species offically stopped being Godzilla in "Final Wars".

Impressive. I will still never understand why Tristar had to make something so stupid and utterly horrid as zilla, luckily he's somewhat redeemed by the animated series.

Your wrong you dumbshit, look it up; Toho said themselves, "The creature in the 1998 is not Godzilla, it is Zilla. They took 'God' out of Godzilla. However, the creature in the cartoon series IS DESERVING of the name Godzilla."

And there is another theory that the Zilla in FW was completely unrelated to the original 1998 Zilla and his son, due to the facts that: It's size is not close to either one of them, its coloring is wrong, it has fire breath, not hurricane breath or atomic breath, and its facial features don't match up

And yet its still dead...
Also watch your mouth, its immature to use such language.

The cartoon Zilla has earned the name "Zilla" but will never in its life earn the "God" part.
And as i said I need proof, a link would be nice, since I have looked it up and never found a single thing about that. Though I did find that the creature in FW was in fact Zilla, due to a lovely thing called looking at the monster cast list.

A. I'm 140 lbs and have tons of friends.

B. I haven't bullied anyone, in fact I'm being reasonable. FYI I do like the image.

C. Yes I am a nerd and proud of it.

Please lets remain civilized here. I'm stating an opinion and a factual reference to what I know. You feel differently and thats fine, we can still disagree and not resort to insults and anger. Look lets just say that Zilla wasn't the only surviving hatchling and leave it at that, it would explain the facial differences would it not?

The original zilla was already dead...unless somehow Cyber-Zilla regenerated from his arse kicking delivered by its son...

There have been (not counting the raptorlings) Two zillas, one was dead prior to Final Wars, the other was still alive until Godzilla corrected that.
